Float Therapy is the practice of lying in a saltwater solution in a spa. The saltwater solution creates a Zero Gravity Environment. This environment permits multiple benefits like stress reduction, enhanced creativity, help in sleeping, treatment of chronic pain, and muscle soreness. The saltwater solution is made from Epsom salts which are rich in magnesium, a mineral in which most people find themselves deficient. Some believe that floating gives them the quiet and space they need to soften their minds and easily find answers to problems that have been causing them stress.  It allows the stresses of life that effect us the most to just float away.
Zensations designed our two float suites to be spacious and inviting environment with  shower access.  One of our suites is large enough to accommodate two people at the same time.
Feel free to bring a swimsuit if that makes you more comfortable.
For those with color treated hair we ask that you wait 3 weeks after your hair process or until you can rinse your hair and see no color rinse out. 
Music and color therapy are also available to enhance your experience.
For the best experience you MUST eat before floating to maintain adequate sugar levels.

Understanding the breakdown of the time frame for a Float Session 

• 15 Minutes are used for you to get undressed and into a robe and to explain the process to you. 
• 15 Minutes are for you to shower 
• Then the time you are in the Float Session 
• 15 Minutes to shower again to get all the salt off  
• 15 Minutes rest period to wake up before you leave or to hydrate for your next self care session.
